Intima Agency was founded in 2023 in Serbia and Slovenia. We started as a small team managing a handful of creator accounts and built everything from scratch — the processes, the training system, the team culture.
What we built along the way is a team that actually gives a damn. Not a marketplace, not a freelancer pool. An agency with standards.
Mission
Too many creators are managing their own inboxes, guessing at strategy, and burning out trying to do everything at once. We exist to change that. Our goal is to give every creator we work with the operations infrastructure of a top-tier studio — without the complexity or cost of building it themselves.

When something goes wrong we say so immediately and fix it. We don't hide mistakes, blame shifts on each other, or go quiet when things get hard. You always know what is happening.
We don't rush onboarding, skip training, or cut corners to move faster. Every chatter is tested. Every creator goes through a proper audit before we touch anything. Getting it right matters more than getting it done.
Creator accounts, subscriber data, and internal conversations are private. We don't discuss clients, share examples publicly, or reference one creator's account with another. Confidentiality is not negotiable.
We optimize for sustainable revenue growth, not short term spikes. Fan relationships built the right way last longer and convert more than aggressive tactics. We play for the long game.
The team
Our team spans Serbia and Slovenia and includes chatters, account managers, strategists, and operations staff. Everyone goes through the same selection process — English test, written scenario test, interview, and a paid trial shift before full deployment.
We keep the team lean and the standards high. We would rather turn down business than dilute what we have built.
